As Qliance Primary Care is Seattle approaches its 1st birthday, everyone here is excited about how far we come. I personally started out over a year ago, working in the garage of one of the founders. We are now sitting in a fully functional, beautiful clinic in downtown Seattle, and have just officially gotten our second 'Yelp' review. http://www.yelp.com/biz/qliance-seattle Things are looking sunny. What we would like this blog to be are the experiences, impressions, and musings of Qliance patients, employees, and even enthusiasts.
I have seen some simply amazing heath care happen in my year here. Things like weekend visits, care over the Internet with pictures being sent back and forth, and an amazing number of people that really have no idea what their health care coverage actually involves. I am now seeing people who are finally realizing what its like to have a real working relationship with their doctor in an environment where all the stumbling blocks to access and great care have been blasted away. We have been able to exceed expectations by leaps and bounds and I still get chills when a patent's eyes go as big as saucers and they say, "Really? You can DO that?"
I look foreword to the next few months as exciting things are in the air as we bring on two new doctors this summer, and are looking at our plans for expansion. More exciting updates are sure to follow.
